Which countries can you sponsor members in Quatro 
Quatro members can sponsor new members worldwide, if the national law permits it and general national rules are adhered to.
 
Can everyone join Quatro?
No!
You must be at least 18 years or above to join and your request must be approved by Quatro.

How do I become a member of Quatro? 
You will receive a referral link in an email from your sponsor; simply click on the referral link which will re direct you to the registration page, where you will need to complete all mandatory fields.

Alternatively you can sign up via the Quatro Worldwide homepage by clicking on 'Sign Up' and providing your sponsers member ID.

How do I get on my own Portfolio Webpage?
To receive your own Personal Portfolio webpage, you must first register as a Quatro Member and pay the registration cost.  There are 10 different membership levels to choose from. Please select which level you want during the payment section. 

By registering as a Quatro Member and paying the registration cost, you will be given access to your own Personal Webpage.  New changes to the Personal Webpage will also apply to all existing Quatro members.     

Your Personal Webpage gives you access to:

Q-Coin Account – any network commission you earn will be transferred into your Q-Coin Account as Q-Coins, this is updated in real-time.

My Details - This allows you to view your personal details and the option to upload KYC.

My Referrals - This shows all the members you have personally referred to have accepted the request and become members themselves.

My Network – “Network Viewer” where you can see those members in your down line and search for members, you can also view the “Commission View” section from this page, this gives you detailed information about your Network Commission.

Skype is a common instant messaging tool Quatro use throughout its network.  It is extremely important to have as you can connect to other members over the network in a safe and easy manner.

Q-Coin Account to Personal Bank Account

There is a 5% fee on the amount withdrawn from the Q-Coin Account and transferred to your personal bank account, as you are trading in Q-Coins within the Quatro Network, in order to exchange your Q-Coins to Euro the above fee is charged.

When will I receive my Prepaid Card?
Provided that Quatro has all the correct documents, (KYC), and you are minimum STARTER member or higher, you will likely receive your card within 2 working weeks.  

Will I be able to use my Prepaid Card in all stores and online?
Yes, the card is a VISA and can be used wherever a standard VISA logo is seen.

KYC Documents: 
KYC refers to “Know Your Customer” this is the process we use to verify our members identity.

When registering as a Quatro Member, you MUST upload 2 pieces of KYC documents to complete your membership.

The current requirements are:

Proof of Identity (Photo)

        • Passport
        • Driving Licence
        • National Identity Card  

Proof of Address:

        • Bank Statement
        • Utility Bill

We will also accept a written stamped official document from someone of high authority, chartered accountant or a solicitor.  All documents must be date stamped; company logo and registration number must be visible and signed.

Important Information: 

All ID documents sent in must be clear and readable; we will reject any KYC if it does not meet these requirements.
All Photo ID documents must be in date, we will not accept any photo ID that has less than 6 months validity remaining.

All Proof of Address must be in date, please send in the most recent (current) bill you have, we will not accept any ID that is not within date.

What about my ID and Log in details?
Your Member ID will remain the same as earlier, however to log into Quatro Worldwide; you only need your email address and password.  If you have difficulty in logging in, we advise you to contact support@quatromembers.com as soon as possible.

How will the TRIPOD system improve my economy?
This structure is designed for the members to administrate their network and income stream much easier than the previous one, as a result both Members and Quatro will benefit from this, solving any former economic problems or stress. 

What are the costs I have to pay to become a BASIC member of Quatro Worldwide?
As you will notice the new QMP has introduced a new active level: BASIC Member needs to pay a total fee of EUR 80.00 and will have access to their Personal Webpage and be able to build up their network and earn commission on a weekly basis. 

What are the costs I have to pay to become a STARTER member of Quatro Worldwide, and why are there 2 different levels?

Starter €195.00
– you can upgrade from BASIC to STARTER level via your Personal webpage, or during the payment process of registration you can select which level of STARTER you wish to join.  If you opt to pay only the EUR 195.00 you will come in as a STARTER member.

OR

Starter Qualified €505.00
– you can upgrade from STARTER level to STARTER QUALIFIED via your Personal webpage, or during the payment process of registration.  This means you are entitled to receive commission as a STARTER Member, assuming you have personally sponsored the correct amount of members in your teams according to the Quatro Members Plan. 

When am I eligible for membership upgrade?
You have the facility to upgrade your membership at any time.  In order to upgrade you must ensure you have paid the upgrade fee per level as set out in the Quatro Members Plan.  For more information about Member Levels we advise you to read the QMP or contact Member Support.

Can I purchase products in the Quatro E-Shop without being a Quatro Worldwide Member?
Yes you can.  Simply visit the Quatro E-Shop and register to be able to purchase our products.

If I wish to give away Medicare products or membership as a present what must I do? 
If you wish to give away Medicare Products or Quatro Membership as a present you can do so in the form of Gift Certificates, for more information about how Gift Certificates work please contact Member Support. 

What is Quatro Quiz Card, what does it cost and how does it work?
Quiz cards are only available for Quatro Members who purchase Business Commission Certificates and Medicare Subscriptions, the first quiz cards will be sent out in April 2011 and within every calendar month 10 winners will receive their prize.

How many commissions plans are there, how do I qualify for them and when is commissions calculated and paid out?
There are a total of 5 commissions plans, outlined in the Quatro Members Plan.  To qualify for the various types of commission you must adhere to rules set out per member level in the QMP. 

Who are the Administration Agents for Quatro Worldwide?
Quatro is acting on behalf of Quatro Worldwide as the Administration Agent.  For more information about how to contact Quatro, please visit the Contact Us section. 

How can I refer friend/non-member into Quatro Worldwide?
If you wish to become a sponsor and refer friends/non-members into Quarto Worldwide, simply log into your account, select “My Members” and begin referring.  You can send out individual personalized referrals or bulk referrals.  For more information on how to use the new referral system, please read the Quatro Worldwide – User Guide.

What are Quatro Worldwide Policies and Procedures?
Quatro Worldwide Policies and Procedures have been created to ensure all rules and regulations (guidelines) set out are adhered to by all Quatro Members.  

Can I see my upline?
No.  You are able to search for any member within the network, however, if they are in your upline, the only information you will be able to see if of that member and not their network (downline).

Will Quatro Worldwide be translated into other languages?
Yes.  However, for the time being the English version will be the only version online.  However, we plan to have Quatro Worldwide translated and available in 6 – 8 languages.
